Volunteer Dog Walking at the SPCA

These are the dogs I go to see. http://www.nevadaspca.org/new_page_2.htm I only walk about 2-4 dogs each time I go there. I walk each dog about 20-30 minutes. This Saturday I start working with one dog in the training class. So, I’ll go on Saturday mornings for an hour for that class and then every time I go out there to walk dogs, that dog will be first on my list. Yesterday I walked Vito, DJ, Scooby, and Shadow.

Plant a tree

Earth Day today. We went to a little faire. Nothing too special. Red Rock Casino is pretty nice. We won 87 bucks. Dog walking (at SPCA) was fun. I really like Fred and Abby, the beagles. Going to be early tonight. Tired from the sun.

Furniture

Went to furniture stores yesterday. Saw our couch and other accessories. They will call us when more bookcases that match ours come in. Ed wants new bedroom furniture and wished QE did our bedroom. I don’t care and I’m actually glad they didn’t do the bedroom. I was upset with what they did do in that room. C’mon, how safe is a mirror hanging on a little screw right over the bed? We’re going to replace it with multiple screws and hooks to make it a bit safer. And down!? WTF?

Someone wants to make an offer on the condo, but they want to do it in person. I can only assume that means they want to make me an offer I won’t really like, so why waste my time? I will refuse those in-person only offers at least for the first month, maybe longer.

I’ve been grumpy lately.
