Monday Bloody Monday

Moved all weekend and today. So much stuff to move and then to clean up. Threw a lot of things away that I wish I could have kept but just didn’t have the room for. So is life. Took today off work due to severe allergies/ cold and moving issues. Did the walk-through on my old apartment today. She wrote “excellent” on the form and said I will get my deposit back within 30 days. Totally worth the effort. Not everyone is out to get you. Char’s friend died last night. She needed some comforting and distraction so I went over there and we watched a movie and ate dinner and talked. I have never lost a close, human friend. I don’t know what that’s like, but I’m sure it will hurt for quite some time. I feel so sorry for Char. She doesn’t deserve any more loss. She doesn’t need any more sudden, major changes in her life right now. I am exhausted. Going to bed.

Rubber Duckie Here I Come

Sprint is now giving the right message. My cats are happy campers. Barely packed for the move. Will pack today and tomorrow. I have too much stuff. Looking forward to living in the new place. Planning my escape from office hell. Digging the tunnels after hours with a spoon. Going back to school when I get my ass in gear. Gonna get me a graduate degree. Not sure what field yet, though. Went out last night with people I met at the gym. Had a blast. Got too drunk. Now I’m tired and hungover. Time for a bath.

Sprint

I’m so annoyed.

I canceled my phone service because I’m going to use my cell phone as my primary phone. Sprint was going to charge me 55 bucks just to transfer my service to a new address! Ridiculous! So I had it shut off. But they were supposed to add a message that stated “this number has changed. The new number is… ” They didn’t put that message on. Now it just says disconnected. How rude.

The other utilities only charge me 15-20 bucks to transfer service.
